Looking up, the auto strafe is obvious and looks pretty perfect aim with moving.

I'm not sure he's hacking as he was killed by the other player. It's possible he just has high sensitivity on his mouse.

The video does, look from 0.02 to 0.08 he's either using a triggerbot or he's just great with aim.
