Today I saw a homeless man who was in need of money so I went over with my boyfriend Josh to give him some money, so I see him look directly at me then down immediately so I think he might be trying to hide his hapieness. So with my crutches I bend down to give it to him it slaps it out of my hand and yells "GET OUT OF HERE FUCKING FAG, YOU WILL GO TO HELL SCUM" than grabbed the $35 and ran.So I didn't even bother running after him since my foot was still in a cast and I had crutches I just went home.

I just hope someday being gay won't be a title, it will be a award for you to have enough pride to express it.Instead of it being a sin.

I don't care of the man was homeless, smack the man upside the head with yer crutch smh, Don't let a man talk shit without consequences, maybe that would teach his ass. Talk shit, Get hit. Should have thrown the crutch at him lmao

Booze is probably what made him homeless, and most drunks are judgemental and rude even though they are scum themselves, bunch of hypocrites they are. He would prob just use that money on booze anyways

True, I was just a little shocked that someone that needed, help and I gave them it would turn and be so vicious.

Also, I hope you know I was joking about throwing the crutch at him, but slap em or something because something more serious might come back and bite you in the ass. I don't care about the consequences though, I am a "do whatever you want and if they go against you, beat this shit out of them" type of person, so I wouldn't just give em a slap, I'd give em something to remember me by, maybe a bruise, maybe a broken bone or two, who knows depends on what they did.

If you shouldn't post unnecessary stuff, why post something about not posting things? Obviously I knew it wasn't necessary. But it's clearly not what you want. Let me try to be optimistic again.

    Look! Candy, unicorns, and puppies!

Oh wait. Excessive intake of sugar can increase the risk of diabetes, the unicorn was just a donkey with a plunger stuck to its face, and the puppies already have an owner.

Damn, I tried so hard and I failed!

What the man did was wrong, no argue about it. Religious or not he shouldn't be like that, someone offering money to possibly help him live a longer life and he curses at you and offends you for your sexuality? I am not going against homophobia because it's your opinion, but someone giving you money because they feel sorry for you and you treating them like garbage when I'm sure many straight people walked by you without a care. Completely ridicule. Sorry for what happened to you man.

Meh, more realist, but sure, similar principles can be applied :p

Be smart and instead of giving homeless people money, give them food. Win-win. If they reject your food and keep asking for money, just go away. Most homeless people in my area are young enough to find work anyway, but they'd rather be in the sun holding a cardboard sign lmao. That brings me to my next point. I see homeless people dragging shopping carts full of bags and clothes, which I find kind of ironic assuming that working as a janitor is a similar concept. However, working as a janitor, chances are you'll most likely be working inside. Sure you might have to go outside in the sun sometimes, but at least you're getting paid.

Getting a job while homeless is difficult since you don't really have nice clothes and can't freshen up and make yourself as presentable as other job applicants, lowering your chances at gettin the job. Plus you don't have an address for them to find/reach you and you probably wouldn't have a phone.

  34. MLGProGamer123

    MLGProGamer123 Viva La Vida

You know homeless people can go to shelters where they can get their clothes set up, be groomed, and be taught skills that are applicable at work. Also, assuming everyone comes from an old address, they can always put the address of where their parents live. Homelessness typically occurs when people have difficulty (or usually are lazy) trying to search for jobs and they eventually end up without a place to go to. So, no problem putting your old address on the form. Remember, if people are considering you for a job, it's not like they're going to go to your address.

And how long would that take? Also considering they are homeless, think about it, You think they have a good relationship with their family? If they have one at all. And that is not why homelessness typically occurs. It typically occurs when people lose their jobs or family and fall into depression and they are too afraid of rejection to apply for another job or just don't have the motivation to live anymore. Some people end up homeless because of their bad habits, such as alcoholism and such, those bad habits likely got them fired from their jobs and would make it so no one in their right mind would hire them until they break the habit. Some could have been lazy but having a weak will and being lazy are different.

Ok this is to everyone in the world

Being gay is not a bad thing it is just another thing in life. Also I have nothing against people being gay it is just another thing in life.

Something I hate is at school this kid was always being teased at school for being gay I never met him but if I did I would have found a way to chear him up.

  37. MLGProGamer123

    MLGProGamer123 Viva La Vida

You yourself said it. Bad habits. Bad habits which weren't addressed due to laziness. Weak will? All of those things you mentioned were someone's fault. Again, like I said, no one will go to the address you put on the form, so why worry about weak family relationships?

As I recall they do not pay cash, They pay in checks. So how would they have a bank account open when banks mail you statements and all other info regarding your account? If they find a job that pays cash, Hey, good on them, but how long will it take to save up even a small amount of money on minimum wage. Not to mention the amount the government automatically takes from each paycheck.
Also, Breaking a habit is not as simple as "Hey, I am going to stop doing this", some of the most active and fit people have alcohol or cigarette/drug or other unhealthy habits, but they do not have the drive/strong enough will to overcome the habit and quit it permanently. If you were lazy you would not be doing the habit in the first place because it requires work, unless the habit is like sleeping in all day or not getting up even though you need to, of course those are just laziness.

Let me reword this. All of which could have been prevented with help. Also, you're confusing habit with addiction. a habit is a behavior which has become frequent to the point where it has become almost involuntary. Ergo, little work to do in perspective of the person with the habit. Sure, a person who bites their nails when nervous physically has to hold their hands close to their mouth and bite for the habit to be performed, but they're not thinking about it. This doesn't mean they're not lazy. You can have a lazy nail biter. In addiction, a person is so desperate that they will do almost anything to get what they want, but they will still be lazy with other things. A hard working druggie? Hmmm. Not buying it. All of this, can be prevented with something called help. You may know it as rehab or counseling.

I know the difference between habit and addiction but here is the thing. They have habits that lead to their addictions most of them have a repetitive mindset, Do this, do that, do this, do that. But when what they do involves being edgy or wanting to look cool or sonething stupid like that it becomes a habit to impress, and for most that means drugs and alcohol *cough*common teens*cough* but once they try it the addictive ingredients in it, or just the feeling that you need it to live, would turn them into an addict. I guess I wasn't speaking clearly/or with enough detail.

    Inspired to do what tf

Again, if the kid has gotten into drugs/alcohol, it's up to the parents to find out and get help. If the parents don't help because of what you said of weak family bonds, then it's the parents' fault. Going back to the situation of a homeless dude who has gotten into such problems, it was the parents' fault. It could have been avoidable or have been intervened.

  45. Lostvayne
