Here's a solution:
Stop tpaing to everyone on the server, and you won't get trapped

Here's another solution:
Don't be a dick and update him if you sent to surge or not, or if you punished him etc.

 

When I was spectating you could still hit him.

 

I went on to punish him, but as I was about to finish the jail command he left -,-

There's no point in sending to surge if it's not bannable.

I was in the same exact trap yesterday but luckily I flew out and they got raided XD

It wasn't just spazmonkey, it was also this mvp called Expenderble
