   Don't lock the thread, the staff are supposed to lock the thread when the player gets dealt with. It just makes it less confuzzling when it comes to whether the player has gotten dealt with, or not.

   I remember what I am meant to do, I would punish him then forget to lock the thread then he'd be repunished by another mod. This way is better because the other mods should get the message that I will be the one dealing with the convicted and I won't forget to lock the thread.
