    that's advertising
    but bcuz he said go to fadecloud that's not advertising
    and plus I see many people say like go to hive or mineplex and he never reports them (Extremedude99)
    So basically he's tries to play smart on us and let everyone off of what they can say and sounds like I cant even tell ppl where to go
    so don't act dumband try to be on extreme's side

    It's advertising dumb ass. He tried to get him to come by saying things like "it's op, you get an all 25 when you start" that'd entice him to go, which is advertising, just not in the form of blatantly shouting an ip.

    There's a difference between advertising a server, and saying its name. So if you were to advertise a server in the form of its name, you would obviously need to explain how good of a server it is, what you can get once you join the server. Advertising is a way to get players to join, and to do this they need to advertise the server showing off how good of a server it is. In the proof provided it clearly states he wanted the player to go to that server because of a starting pick axe, which is indeed advertising. However if you say oh Ima go play hypixel or something, that isn't advertising because all you did was state what you were gonna do

    He was backing up the server by advertising it in a positive and bias way. Think about it, if he just said ' go to (server name)' it wouldn't be half as bad but would still be advertising. But as he said 'if you want to go on a way op server go to (server name). The first pick is 25' etc
    Backing it up if that makes sense
