Ban length? I just says i have been banned

Is there anything else you would like to say? KitPvP is the only server I play on Squad craft. I started lagging a lot because my internet (ms) isn't the best and mid fight i would get kicked for hacking because I'm attacking while I'm getting really bad internet (400ms) and start hitting people making it look like I'm hacking and a lot of people there would say i don't hack.
