Recent inactivity

Over the past 3 days I realise I have been inactive, and this has caused people to talk behind my back questioning if I should have this job.

Quite simple the reason i've been inactive is I haven't been at home much, i've been in and out of hospital and when I get back the medicine they give me makes it hard to stay awake.
Everybody has medical issues at one point or another so I would appreciate not being trash talked behind my back while mine are being dealt with.
