Server you are applying for mod on: I would like to apply for the hunger games server.

Respectfulness on a scale of 1-10: I believe a lot in respect. Respect for players and staff alike is very important for an effective member of staff. I follow this very closely therefore rating myself 9.

Obedience on a scale of 1-10: I am able to follow instructions to the 'T'. I do not question unless the request is unreasonable or silly. I would also rate myself a 9 for the previous reasons.

Experience: I have owned 3 servers previously, one factions, one hybrid and one survival. I created all 3 of those servers myself and am very experienced with setting up and using a wide variety of plugins. I have administrated on around 7 servers, 3 of which I worked my way up from the bottom. The other 4 I was awarded because of my application. I have been moderator on approx. 15+ servers. On these servers i proved myself a worthy staff member and on a lot received promotions.

Any past offences: I have never received any sanction on any server.

Reasons you should be moderator:I want to be an moderator because I want to prove myself to the minecraft community and to you. I have recently lost servers to go on so have been spending almost all my time on squadcraft. I love Hunger Games and it is my personal favourite minigame and would love to spend my time moderating on it. I am flexible for my times i can be on and want to show my character to the server but also my seriousness. I do not allow hackers or spammers to thrive in the minecraft community and deal with them swiftly and effectively.
I can bring my dedication and perseverance and like i stated before i will do everything i can before contemplating stopping. I dislike the words 'give up' very much. I have a good amount of ideas coming through and i love to express them. If you look at my past topics on minecraft forums I have had ideas for a few servers and started the 'divergentcraft' craze out there however most of my ideas have not been taken further due to a lack of time, funds or interest.

Maturity. How important is this for you? On a scale from 1 to 10, where do you think you stand? Maturity is very important for staff. It allows them to be calm in situations of dispute and to me, it is more important than age. i have come across very mature 12/13 year olds who i thought were 18/20. I would rate myself a 9, I am as mature as anyone when i need but at the end of the day, i am 15 and I do have a fun attitude to share with the community.

Out of minecraft experience: I have been pursuing an ambition to become part of the police force and was accepted into the police cadets. i have been on the streets on big events before keeping crowds away. when i was younger i took apart a computer and fixed it back together simply to see what was inside it. i was also part of the 'school council' at primary level where we imputed ideas on how to help the school

About me: I'm a british boy from cornwall (the countryside in a nutshell ) im not from a bad background and have had a 'upper' class life so far. i do know how to behave well and maturely and am top of most of my classes. to get a bit more personal I'm taking in GCSE's (if you're in america its our exams) Computing, engineering, triple science and history along with the core subjects like english maths ect. I'm quite fun and outgoing and prefer working in a team to combine efforts. when by myself i can also work hard and dedicate all my time to one thing. if I'm into something i will not give up. when attempting to port-forward for my first ever mc server, i came across every single error possible and kept trying until i found out it was a router problem rather than my own fault. I love computers. everything about them. when I'm not at school I'm on a computer, doing something. i have been rated as one of the top 5% in the country at maths for my age and am an accomplished rugby player, playing against the top sides in the country.

Any extra things you want to add:
I will be as dedicated as i can. Hopefully from 5-4 hours daily. I can say i can do this for at least a few years. When i go to college I may reconsider and for a few weeks of my gcse's i will not be on due to revision but other than that, I will dedicate as much free time that is needed to your server as possible. Teamwork is very important to me and is the main reason i am who i am today. I can work effectively and can communicate between other players/people well.This is a massive opportunity for me and i would love to get this job. I hope I can show you and other staff members a different aspect to the server, maybe something you may have not noticed before.I try my best to use correct grammar and to act appropriately when on a server. I know how to behave correctly and would love to be apart of the squadcraft team.

Very good i wish you the best of luck but the difference in format and non acceptance of mods may be deal breakers

 

The format is actually the same, I simply added a few extra questions so people get to know me better. As for the non acceptance, I hope I can change that

Just a side note : whether you choose me or not I do think SG needs some more staff. More and more recently there have been broken arenas and the players all goto that one arena, grinding the whole of SG to a halt as everyone clicks on 'auto assign' and everyone gets taken to the broken arena.

 

i asked surge yesterday to give yonda perms to mod people on SG, but as far as I know nothing was done

 

ah yeah, all we can do is hope that this does happen considering me, a dedicated squadcraft SG player has been turned off recently playing simply because whenever I go on there seems to be a broken arena. Thanks for bringing it up with surge.
