    Hey guys.
    I was bored.
So I decided, to post a new thread concerning about really strange illnesses is you may have gotten.
Anything that might have been exotic compared to what you would normally call "sick".
Here are my 2 stories ^ยท^:

So one time, I was at home. Me being an innocent 11 year old at the time, I was just running and swinging around the house.
Then, I feel dizzy. I dismiss this as a result of running around. So, I simply sat down on the couch to regain my composure.
Then, after a while I still feel dizzy.
In fact, it was getting worse. I tried to sit up on the couch, & I just kept falling over to my left side. I can tell something is wrong. But again, me being an 11 year, old I kept this to myself. I tried walking myself to the bedroom to lay down on the bed for a while. It was strange, because I kept falling over to one side. I don't know how, but then I was able to climb up to the top bunk of my bed, without falling off. It was a stupid stunt, but I just wanted to lay down. My dad comes in to bring me some water. This is how bad I was. He lifts the pillow from under me so I can just get a sip of water, and as soon as he removes the pillow, my head just plops to the mattress. He puts the pillow back in place, and I'm able to rest for a while. Then I wake up to find that the sensation is still present. This time, it felt a lot worse. My mom brings me a banana so I can have something in my stomach. I'm able to eat just a little bit of it. I have no idea how, but the banana was able to stay in my stomach for a long time, even with the dizziness and upset stomach.

Then, me being paranoid, I thought I was going to die. I started to cry a bit being the 11 old I was. My dad comes home from work and takes me to the emergency room. Where I'm taking in for a CT scan. It was a bad choice, and made my dad very angry. It makes sense, because the CT scan exposed me to unnecessary radiation. Then, after a while I get a shot from a doctor. This shot, was such a miracle. I literally felt so much better afterwards. It was like someone got a full balloon of water, and burst it with a pin. I literally walked out of there. It was a very strange time. Today, with my knowledge in pathology, I am now thinking that the most likely culprit was a middle ear infection.

    Story 2:
So, one time when I was in 7th grade, I walked to school. I did see a thunderstorm that was there from last night was still present in the sky. It was no longer active, with the exception of a bit of rain. This one walk was very stupid. I got home, and I noticed that I started coughing strongly. I dismiss it and go along with my day. Unfortunately, it got worse the next day. I even almost choked, because I was on the couch, and my throat closes up because of mucus that was there. Afterwards, I started coughing so bad. It was so bad, to the point where I try to inhale, & I had cough. I tried to exhale, and they had a cough. I want you to yawn, & I had to cough. It gave me about two nights of insomnia if I am not mistaken. It went away eventually. It turned out to be an acute case of bronchitis due to thunderstorm I was walking in. Stupid me :3

Well last summer I had nausea every day pretty much...and then I was worried that I had some sort of stomach disease.

Turns out it was all just a chain of worrying, one day I was nauseous, the next day I'd worry something was wrong with me, and I was pretty much just making myself sick xD

Well, last year I had this really severe stomach ache and I could hardly move or eat. Turn out it was just an infection mixed with trapped gas. It stopped hurting when I sang Let It Go on the toilet xD

A couple of years ago, I was sick with a headache. So, I asked my mum to get me some medicine (panadol, nurofen) but she brought me something called codeine, which I hadn't taken before. So I took the medicine, and felt fine for a while.

But then, I got the WORST stomach cramps ever. Like literally, so bad that I clenched into a ball and my muscles locked themselves in that position. After ages, I finally managed to go to sleep. I woke up again and felt fine, but my mum made me take some more codeine to make sure. So I took it, and suffered through the same thing again, but longer since the previous shot of codeine was still in my system.

Turns out I'm highly allergic to codeine. Like, on the same level as when if your allergic to nuts and you touch some and your throat closes up. Just my luck.... >.<

A few years ago i was enrolled in a football (soccer) club and we played outside twice a week all round the year.

Now where i live temperatures in the summer get up to 55 celcius (130 Fahrenheit) and playing football as a 12 year old for 2 hours in that is pretty dangerous.

I'd been on the field for about 30 minutes straight and suddenly i started to feel light headed. My vision started to go white and pale and by now i was (for lack of a better term) crapping myself.

In the middle of the field i fainted for about 5 minutes, not that dramatic but pretty scary experience when you have no idea what's gonna happen to you.

Yeah, fainting is not a fun experience... :S
55 Celsius? Sounds like Australia... Outback, specifically.

Try living here in summer. Since its our wet season in summer, we get clouds in the desert. So instead of cooling down at night, the heat stays and basically turns everything into a furnace. :/

But no, not as extreme. Most of the time.

Why did she give you codeine 0.0
    That's a narcotic.
You would have been fine with a painkiller.
    Codeine is overkill .-.

  30. idk, i went to the hospital and was in there for like 8 hours. If i get it again ill probably have to get my tonsils removed.

  31. I had strep throat a lot before.

  32. I have an excessive sore throat. Every time I swallow, it hurts. It doesn't hurt like a normal sore throat, it hurts at very minimum, so I can hardly feel it.
