KitPvP Performance Patch
Embarrassingly the KitPvP would write to disk whenever anyone clicked any signs, this caused monstrous lag. The problem has been fixed. I am hopeful you guys will visit the KitPvP server to test the performance gains against bigger player count.
KitPvP AutoBan Tweek
Some cheaters adjust their range and speed to be stealthy. I have adjusted the Auto Ban feature to be more strict and ban cheaters that try to be stealthy.

Being rank 1 and playing all the time this will make it easier with less lagg so thanks surge and i agree with burrito /clear is ruining kitpvp and needs to be fixed it makes it unfair to regular kids that want to use reg kits or can't donate and frankly lowers the level of fun for 70% of the players and frankly u have been losing players daily and not gaining more as quickly as u lose them

 

Btw lag is not fixed and it gets kind of unplayable at around 55+ people.

 

yah the server still lags bad
even if the sign lag is fixed the server can barely handle 50 ppl

 

I can easily run 70+ fps at peak times. There is next to no server lag.

CheeseQuacks im guessing you dont play kitpvp. If you did you know im not talking about fps lag, the server freezes as in it has HUGE lag spikes constantly.

 

I played kit pvp for about an hour, no lag. Maybe I was just lucky.

 

yea it has HUGE and i mean HUGE lag spikes constantly all day, except in the night when not alot of ppl are on.

 

the lag on kitpvp is real and most of the time unplayable

 

Possibly my connection is just boss.

 

everyone lags its not just ppl with bad connections

 

some ppl even lag out becuz the signal strentght isnt strong enough

I do agree, Kitpvp does not run very well with many people on the server. Lag is strong on kitpvp.

Hey so, If I remove /clear no more abusive problems?

 

So apparently that command is programmed into the unrecognized kit section and it bluntly resets you without any kind of a permissions check. All my programmers are sleeping but I'll fix this problem asap.

I agree I was trying to play kitpvp fairly then one guy came up to me with diamond armour with a phantom sword then boom! I died

 

Sometimes With kitpvp it freezes almost every 5 minutes and it happens to so many people

So i'm glad this will be fixed, I hope

 

people are actually quiting its losing players
