Hi,
I had a good run on squadcraft but sadly it needs to end.My family is in a bad state.I just thought of that 300$Ive spent to play and have fun on a server called squadcraft.I wish i could get a refund if its possible on the same paypal account my parents have paid before.Please get me a refund.If i would be IP Banned because of the refund im ok.I just need a refund

And why are refunds impossible I read in bucraft that if you refund u get ip banned but you get your money back

 

Surge does not do refunds because if he refunded you then he would have tons of people asking him for a refund. There's no way to prove that you aren't lying nor that anyone else wouldn't lie. People would just lie to get their money back. Besides, buying a rank is donating and when you donate, you don't get your money back.

That sucks he seems desperate :/ but buddy this is just a lesson, always remember To value money and know where it is going and think twice before spending it.
