I think calling them a hacker is a bit of a compliment. . . They probably downloaded some client. Script kiddie would be way better of a word.
I know I probably shouldn't be talking, but this guy is .legit insane. He isn't going to do anything, as he seems too dumb to do so, and if anyone were to do anything when I threatened it would have been me. So... Yea he needs a ban. Rip* * Note that RIP in this context does not mean, "rest in peace," as that is too good for him. In this case, the form of the acronym means, "rest in pieces." That is a much better way of putting it.
