Lost my gold in SG

Hi. after the update on SG i lost my gold, what happend? and if im not getting my gold kit i want my money back.

 

i talked to surge and its gonna be ok.

As much as you deserve your rank, technically it is not stealing. When you "purchase" gold, really you are simply donating $20 to the server. The gold rank is just a "Thank you" type of gift since you donated. The owners have the right to take your rank away at any time. Anyways, I think your rank is simply glitched. I'm sure you will get it back soon enough but you must be patient. If you have talked to surge, he is probably doing his best.
