You'd have to change the default resolution while it was in the computer by right clicking the desktop and clicking personalize but idk which OS you have.
also the build went smoothly, once u get all the annoying fucking mounting done and manage to fit your hands in those tiny spaces, it's pretty much easy
Haha, I might buy a new mobo and use the CPU from the old pc 'i5 4460' and replace it with the fx 6300, or buy the i7 6700, I ain't voiding no warranties so no need to buy 6700k
But now that I know how everything works, I can start building shit for my friends, and get some moola to fund my thirst for good hardware. That's if things work out of course
I7 6700 is over rated. A i7 4790k works just as good and you can overclock for basically the same price. Plus 4790k doesn't run as hot or take up as much power as a 6700
Shiett £120 pounds, not sure I'll make full use of the features so I'll just get some cheap shit. I'm gonna start building pcs for friends soat the moment I'm looking for be the least amount of money, people seem to be under the impression that they can match the performance of a £500 build for £150
the res changed, I didn't have any drivers at the time
I went into device manager -> display adapters ->> radeon 3000 ->> disable then I shut down my computer, installed the graphics card and plugged the hdmi port into it and VOiLA
