So for example do you say what swords you want from a texture pack? like say faithful or default

For example:
Swords: faithful swords

blocks: faithful
food: default
swords: faithful
fishing rod: R3D.CRAFT
Bow: Default with color when you pull it back (green, then yellow, then red when fully charged

Ok working on it but the bow will be shaded a little and your particles will be rainbows :D

It will be rdy in a day or two
