Bought an Unban Pass but was not Unbanned

I bought an unban for OldFactions but it shows that I was unbanned for Kit PvP when I was never banned from Kit PvP in the first place. I have not received email of my purchase as I bought it an hour ago but you can see that I was the most recent donator on the store and also I have a screenshot that I was unbanned from Kit PvP. If I was banned from Kit PvP, without knowing it, can you please ban me there again and unban me on OldFactions.

You bought an unban token for OldFactions before you even got banned from Kitpvp. That is my screenshot and you were there when it happened so there's not "without knowing it". You should've stopped hacking after you were banned on OldFsctions.

 

I actually almost never played KitPvP and never hacked. I believe it was probably a glitch since I never was banned from KitPvP. I was only banned from OldFactions. I am almost positive I was never banned from KitPvP.

 

We're u ban from a mini-server or from the hole server?
