    I bought emerald on factions like a week ago and I don't have the rank in the hub or on factions what should I do?

    So you purchased 4 things. mcmmo rank, kitpvp rank, 2 kitpvp kits.
    Factions Emerald isn't in the list.
    This means you probably didn't click the very last confirm when trying to buy the factions emerald package.
