i bought first power upgrade 2 times and didn't go threw

on surges b-day i bought the first power upgrade related everything didn't go threw so then i got it again and nothing. IT STILL DIDNT GO THREW

Sorry to hear that but EA can't do anything without the following

- your ign (in game name)
- proof of purchase (the email you got)

Until you provide that information nothing can be done.

What's the email you used when you made the purchase?

You should of gotten an email when you buy something from the shop.

If you don't provide proof there is nothing that can be done.


Claiming you have purchased something when you really didn't is called Fraud.
