Idk if this helps but: If you havent donated to SG and you are in SG then your name is grey when you type in chat, But if you have donated then you get a darker name than the rest so here is a picture of my dark name. My IGN is XxYahtzeeJrXx

2. Proof is the most important. If you show the recent that you got when you purchased your package, we would know and try to fix it.
