I got banned forr 12 and still banned

    So i got temp banned for 12 hours and it says 'you were temp banned from the serverfor 10 minutes'
    hmmm...im still banned tho its says im banned for 10 mins all the time i try to get on factions. help me?

    Many the server perm banned you and to make you dell better it said that you were temp banned
