Mod Application For Factions

Experience: Well some experiences that I have had as a Mod (or higher) is
Mod: I have been Mod on many servers that have been shut down or still run at the moment. Some servers that I have been mod on is SolarCraft, the server is still running to this day. I have been Mod on the server for quite a while. Some other servers that I have been Mod on are some of my friends servers (FunkyCraft) but the server has been shutdown now because of DDoS or just because my friend shutdown the server. The servers had a minimum of 5-20 members on daily.
Admin: I have been Admin on some servers that was Ok. The server has been shutdown now because of an Un Known reason. On FunkyCraft I was also Admin, the server had a range od 5-10 members on most of which were staff.
Co-Owner/Owner: I haven't been Co-Owner on any server that I have been playing on, but as a Owner I have been 1 time. Not much I can say about this because I never had much "experience" as Co-Owner/Owner.

Any past offences: No I haven't had past offences in a long time. On squad or on any other servers that I have played on.
Kicked:
Yes I have been kicked on servers mostly because I didn't know the rules (Like not to spam or curse, that was when I first got MineCraft). I have been kicked on Squad But not in a LONG time, I have been obeying the rules. I may use color once in a while but just for fun.
Muted:
No I haven't been muted in a Long time because I don't spam/advertise because its really dumb to do these things, it just gets more members muted/banned.
Banned:
Yes I have been banned on servers for being rude to staff (back when I first got MC) I never really knew the rules of the server's. I have been banned on servers like TheArchon because of spam and such. I have been unbanned and learned my lesson.

Reasons you should be moderator: Well some reasons I think that I should be a Mod is because I see many people spam, curse, ETC. Whenever I go PVP I always find a hacker or two and when I check to see if there is a mod on, they aren't and this is really annoying because I know that the hacker is going to kill me (Which doesn't really get me mad unless the hacker has like FF or AimBot on.) I interact with a lot of members on factions who I know very well.
Some other reason I think that I should be Mod is because I know some basic commands that Mods need at all times and these commands are : /jail (player name) /Kick (player name) /Mute (player name) ETC. I always see donors like emeralds+ who abuse the color chat when there isn't a Mod on. I try my best to keep situations under control like when there is swearing going on in chat or stuff like that. I know there are many Mods on factions but I feel like when there isn't a mod on people think they can do what they want.
I am on a lot on factions:
Timing:
WeekDays: 3:30-5:30 (or if I finish my homework I can use for about another hour or so)
WeekEnds: All day (sometimes less depends if I have a lot of homework or not. I try my best to get on as much as I can)

Any extra things you want to add: If you wanted to Know the server I am applying for, Its Factions . I don't use Skype as much as I use to. I try and use TS sometimes but I never have enough time .
