Mod Request For Factions

Dear,Surge and Moderators
I would like to apply for a Moderator in factions I get on everyday and I am HONEST and LOYAL.
I will not jail,kick or mute for no reason. I know you have been demoting and others quitting. This is why I would love to be a Moderator. I come from South Hill,VA you may not know where that is because we are a small town but look it up on Google maps. If you find

that is actually the store my grandma and grandpa own! Please tell me if there is anything to add. I have never been Staff on a server accept for one which was just a private sever only between friends. I am observant of chat and spam. I tell the newer people about the basics but i will still tell ranks and not so new people about the server if they need help.

The scale for my respect zone is a TEN I am 14 and I have been playing factions on the Squad for 2 months and I have been playing Minecraft for 3 and a half years.
