➜Name: Jack Peterson ➜IGN: IodinePvP ➜Age: 17 ➜TimeZone:Eastern Standard Time (Australia, SYD) ➜Respectfulness on the scale of 1-10: Well as an experienced Minecraft player & from my past experience I have realised that lying wont bring me anywhere in life. The definition of such a word "Respectfulness" is a positive feeling of esteem or deference for a person or other entity (such as a nation or a religion), and also specific actions and conduct representative of that esteem. Respect can be a specific feeling of regard for the actual qualities of the one respected (e.g., "I have great respect for her judgment"). It can also be conduct in accord with a specific ethic of respect. This may or may not have been copy and pasted, though I wanted to make everyone be aware of the fact that I know what respectfulness and I would say my scale from 1 to 10 is 8.5/10, due to the fact that at times I may be in a bad mood and I will try to refrain from letting it out on others. ➜Obedience on a scale of 1-10: Being obedient is something I am aware about when being a Moderator or altogether as an Minecraft player. Obedience, in human behavior, is a form of "social influence in which a person yields to explicit instructions or orders from an authority figure. Such a word can be fulfilled at anytime and at any moment. I would say my scale is 9/10. ➜Experience: To be completely honest, I have A LOT of experience as staff in pvp/raiding servers. I have been a Moderator on SexyRaids (Now ExodusPvP), Moderator on KyuziRaid I was an Admin on DWACraft a few years ago, and I have also been a PvP-Mod on ShockNetwork as well as i have been an owner of my very own SG server!, although I wasn't able to pay for it montly as well as chat-mod on krunchykraft so I know how the communities work and I have experience in handling tough situations. Recently (just yesterday actually) I got elected as a house-prefect at my school, which is given out to 3 people in each house group that show the attributes of a leader. (My school has over 1500 students) Which is a big achievement for me, I believe I have the attributes of a leader and would make a great staff member on SquadCraft. Now you may be wondering, how do I have so much time to do all these things? Well the answer is, I don't even know myself. ➜Any past offences: I have no abuse or ban history on the server and I do not plan on starting anytime soon. ➜Reasons you should be moderator: I believe I would suit this position as I have experience in the position and over the years I have been staff I have come to realise what players want in a Hungergames/SurvivalGames server. As most of you have seen, the server has been loosing staff members rapidly lately and I feel that the server needs a few more older & mature staff to be added to the team. There are 2 different types of staff members on Minecraft, & they are the staff members that come online solely to help/watch over the server, then there are the staff members that come on, interact with the players and also watch over the server, I aspire to be one of those staff members. SquadCraft has a very nice community and that is one of the reasons I am applying for a staff position, the server feels like everyone knows their place and treats one another with respect, no matter what title they have in front of their name. First of all, you may wonder why I am applying for this position? Firstly, I love to help, whenever I see someone on the server in need of help I will go out of my way to help them (unless I am pvping, I will try to help them after I have finished). Secondly, I get a weird sensation out of catching hackers, I just feel I have cleared the server of another rule breaker and I can help the server stay as FAIR as possible. Thirdly, I would like to clear the chat of the spammers and the caps-lockers, I know a lot of people hate spammers, so I will try my best to keep the chat spam-clean and keep the server as neutral as possible. As I mentioned in the criteria above, I am Australian, so I am in a different timezone to a lot of other players on the server, and I feel that we need more Australian staff. I feel that there is almost no staff helping out. I encounter way to many hackers! and because of this SquadCraft will lose their members & this is the last thing i and ya'll want. Also having a staff position is something I take really seriously, as a matter a fact I take is as a job which I must be dedicated with and do whatever it takes to help out. I find being an Mod on an well known Hungergames Hub server would be an great opportunity not only for my future endeavours regarding jobs but also for the SquadCraft community to become a better place by the day. Due to my experience on SquadCraft, I have become more attached to the SG, people may have not seen me on the server, but I'm not lying! I have all the proof anyone would need when it comes to video wise and arena wise. As late at night I tend to come online as I don't watch television that much. I like to see myself as a very mature person, I feel I will be able to balance out the server, for example when two players are arguing I will make sure to hear both sides of the story, then make a controlled decision from there. I am good under pressure so I can handle almost any situation that I will be faced with as a staff member (if I get the position). No matter what social status a player sits under, I would never ignore anyone. If I was to get staff on SquadCraft, I would be greatly appreciated and do the server proud. Another reason I would like to be a staff member is I know when to draw the line between someone that is "trying to be funny" and when it is offending another player, so I will try to prevent this from happening. I have also been going through some tough times lately as my parents have recently split up, but I feel that things like these only make me stronger as a person. I usually use Skype to contact other players but have recently been joining the servers TS. I now use TS most days I'm online. I could go on and on about why I believe I should be a Moderator, but I am sure this is enough information. ➜Any extra things you want to add: Yes, half of my Squadcraft Hungergames carrier have been on my other account "GaymChannel" I changed it due to the fact that I have been teased a lot due to the beginning section of my name. Also I have a YouTube channel which has or 250 subs. I started new on that channel which is why I barely have vids, I'm planning to make videos on the server allowing more people to come on and enjoy the epic experience on the Squadcraft HG Hub server! Also extra information about myself~ Heya! So, firstly I will introduce myself, my name is Jack and I am from SYD, Australia (You can call me Jai). I play a lot of sports including; soccer, rugby union, golf and cricket. Last year I had a career ending injury whilst I was playing rep soccer (torn ACL). I then had to go to surgery and receive a full knee reconstruction on my left knee, which has challenged me at times, I have gone through rehab my will most likely not play soccer again. Throughout rehab I was able to play a lot of video games, (as you would imagine). I am in grade 11 at school and really enjoying it, I try my hardest in most subjects, the 3 electives I do are; legal studies, economics and P.E. My favourite subject is legal studies, I recently had OP predictions and got a predictions of 3 so I am on track of becoming a lawyer when I finish school. My goals in life where to either become a professional sportsman but recently my aspirations have changed and my new goals are to get into a law course at uni.
