Money

When I got the gold rank and it happened to another person where the money it said we were getting never came for us. Is there a way to fix this.

Please follow the format for donation issues.

there isnt a format anymore :3

However, you do need proof.

Format would help you bud.

There isn't a format for donation issues.

Oh well i was assuming there was, my mistake.

I'm going to start reading all of them now so this won't happen again.

Try posting proof like a screenshot of the email you got when you donated

Or you having that particular rank in chat. If you typed in chat and took a screenshot then there's proof right there.

Well you still need proof of the transaction, try finding the email you got when you donated, this will speed up the process.

You could Photoshop it though. You need a receipt picture.

Oooooh okey :3

omg the skyblock donations are incomplete. they are supposed to be disabled :C

Its ok everyone makes mistakes
