Quick Question

So people might remember @SierraFTW, who was an annoying immature guy on the forums who got banned for cussing a lot at me and Rev.

Well, turns out hes not banned on the actual server, and he's been spamming and cussing at me in MSG on Factions every time I go on and he's there.

So my question is, has anybody else been in a situation like this, excluding Extremedude, because, well.... Need I say anything?
