Skywars Moderator Application

Hi I am weathers, and this is my skywars application. Could u please comment ur feedback positive or negative!
Before you say, "HE DIDN'T WAIT 2-3 MONTHS!!!!".... I did. I applied for skyblock. This was a mistake. I don't play skyblock as much as skywars and I decided I would rather be mod on skywars. That app was denied by a mod, so I tried to reapply for skywars. This was about a 2 weeks after my 1st app. I didn't know you still have to wait 2-3 months if you reapply for a different server. So I waited 2-3 months from my original app. If this app was denied due to this reason, I will accept that and wait 2-3 months from this application.

Respectfulness: 8. At school we have to be very respectful. Although it is very hard to be respectful 24/7 I try to be respectful most of the time. If you know me, you will know that I will be nice. Unless you start being mean to me, then I will drop most respectful ness I had for you. It is all a matter of opinion at the end of the day. maybe you have seen me in an argument and think I am not respectful. I respect everyone who deserves respect and who has earned it. So all the mods, Yonda, surge and most Of the players will have my respect.

Obedience: 8. Again, its down to opinion but I will try to be as obedient as I can at all times, even though I cannot be all the time. I do as I am told, but if a mod asked me for a favour and I was near the end of my game, I would probably finish my game before doing this favour, unless it was inportant. If yonda or surge were to ask me of something, I would do it immediately. Sorry mods but they r sort of the owner and admin of the server. But I will do any favour a fellow mod, higher ranked staff or player told me to do (as long as they asked politely, and its not a player asking for op).

Experience: I am CoOwner/ head builder of a server called herocraft. This minecraft server hosts around 20-30 players at a time, So a smallish server. I usually work in the hackers etc area and making the minigames more enjoyable for the players who dont break the rules. They gave me this job because I was very trustworthy and helped out in any way I could. I was given mod and earned admin by helping out more than any other mod. When i was admin, the owner went on holiday, leaving his cousin in charge. I was like his right hand man. When the owners cousin told him all what I did he promoted me and I soon got head builder after I made the new spawn. Now, by telling u this I am not saying I want to be promoted when I do something good, I am saying that no matter how big the task, I will try me very best to succeed. I have watched some mods perform their jobs, and have picked up on that as well as use my own judgement. I have read the Staff hierarchy, Decline template and the Steps, so I have more than basic understanding of how to be a squadcraft mod. I know what the responsibilities of being mod are and I want the chance to have those responsibilities.

Past offences: I was banned by a ban glitch from skywars once. Fortunately that has been cleared now. I was muted for using a hashtag. I used it by accident, it slipped out but that was a while ago and I would never do that again, especially when I have to lead by example as mod. I am currently banned from kitPvP but that was a accident it wasn't me who should've been banned. I have been unbanned because of that reason.

Reasons: I have quite a bit of experience of being mod. I know the responsibilities and how they are not thought of how hard and time consuming they are. I know how to do this job, I have done before. I will use my own personal judgement and tips I have picked up from current mods to do my job. But if yonda wants me to do this another way to suite his liking, then I will. I take on board any tips or feedback people give to me, and try to work them into the way I work. I am always up for a laugh and banta, but I am serious when doing my job. I spend most my time on squadcraft, skywars and skyblock mostly. However, if I am ever told to moderate another server I will do it without question. I don't rage, cos its only a game at the end of the day, and I would like to prove how I can help the server rid and change the troublemakers who make the community go downhill and make the game less enjoyable for everyone. I tend to see about 1 hacker every other day, and it would be A pleasure to pick them up, drop them on a bin and see them gone.
I see spammers quite frequently. I would LOVE to put then to justice. It would be great to see squadcraft with less and less troublemakers each day. I have been a long player on squad and it would be a minecraft dream to help out the server as being mod. I am a big part of the community and I am quite well known pThrough out the server. I am good friends with current mods e.g. Evravon, Jonny, Yum etc as well as being friends with players e.g. McSmelter, Ficklin etc. For this reason i believe no arguements will arise. Yeah, you can't apply on one server and get denied, and then go apply on another.
