It was very diffuicult to decide as all mods are brilliant. But my vote goes to @EA_Sharks. This is because whenever I am online, at any odd hour, I see EA online. She knows the rules by heart and doesnt seem to make a mistake. She is strict, but friendly and does what she needs to do. Even though I have not known her very long she seems the real deal.

 

So a solid -30 now? >;3

Anyway, I don't think they're should be a 'best mod'.
In my extremely humble opinion, all mods should work and take credit equally.
