Surgetheurge needs to know how to make hard desisions

I was on the forums on my phone and I saw this all of my theories of our good server is true the popular players do run the server with their friends emphasis on Surge getting bothered by "The entire server screaming at me" a server owner should know how to handle situations like this perhaps being more charismatic?

 

but everyone does yell at him if he bans a hacker. He follows ncp or whatever it's called, bans someone according to the info (I think improbables or somethin'), then the a buncha people yell at him for doing that.

Well, it's not banning a hacker if the person in question isn't a hacker. His NCP isn't reliable because of autojails. It happens to everyone yet he chooses to ban specific people.

What Surge needs to do is start banning HACKERS WHO ACTUALLY HACK. Not the casual people who are like 'yeah bro i hack report me' or those who have 2 combined improbs on facs or kitpvp. Don't ban based on NCP. Actually take the time to look through the hacker reports that your mods and players have left for you, and ban those players. Just giving people chance after chance. You know good and well that people with the combined improbs are just from the bs jails, so actually take action and ban those who there is solid proof.

Finally, stop with the big head. Stop jutting into threads that you don't like and instantaneously saying, no, this is wrong, but not providing any evidence, any reasoning or anything, and then simply locking the thread. This is a tyranny. So stop with your actions before people around here learn to open their eyes from the shadow of their cock sucking and actually realize
