TIPS ON REPORTING HACKERS/ DDOSERS

Here, are the tips on reporting a hacker/ ddoser.

1) OUTLINE.
When making threads e.g applying for Moderator, builder etc. there is always an outline on this forum. MAKE SURE to see if there is an outline, otherwise it is an immediate decline. This applys to other sections. Here is the link to the outline/ template:

2) PROOF(S)
Make sure it is a picture, not a video. Currently, some people post video proofs but Yonda clearly stated that video proofs are not valid. However, picture proof are fine. Make sure to double check and to have multiple proofs as 1 cannot be acceptable; I would recommend about 4-5.
Make sure it is fairly in good quality so it is easier for us to assume if they are actually hacking or not. ( To take screenshots, press the F2 button. It is located somewhere on your keyboard. To find the photo, go to the search tab of your general pc, search %appdata% , then click '.minecraft', soon after, you should be left with the folder called screenshots. Note: there will be step-by-step pictures soon)

3) DETAIL
Threads need detail in order for me or the other mods to grab the information. It is very necessary as no detail = No ban.
A few lines would do.
Overall, follow what I have mentioned and soon your report will be considered.

Need to add, "Please put into the title of the thread the server the player is caught on and the players minecraft name.For example 'GGiinger hacking on KitPvP' "

And about the detail bit... I don't want to be reading a load of rubbish about how they killed the hacker and what not. Detail is not as necessary because I would rather: see the proof, see there minecraft name, see the server, ban them.
That's all I need.

 

Shortcut: Press the windows button+R-key [at the same time]. This will bring up a window at the bottom left of the screen.
Type in: "%appdata%/.minecraft/screenshots" and you will be linked directly to your screenshots folder. {This will be actively remembered and you will be able to simply press enter every time after typing windows+R}.
Then to further customise, if you want to be able to see which screenshots you are clicking on then go to the top-right of the window that pop's up and click on the small icon with a drop-down arrow next to it. You can there make the images appear to the size you want, clicking on the options or moving the arrow up or down.

Also, if you want to know a good website for uploading these images to then I personally use "www.imgur.com".
"Sign-up" [Top-right], click on "Images" [Top-right], then press "Computer" [Top-right], head over to the directory that has your screenshots in it and then upload the desired screenshots. Also, to keep your images organised and the forums clutter free, click on "Albums" [Top-right], "New album" [South-East of the previous buttons], and select the images you want in your album.

TIPS: During both the uploading and creating an album stages you can drag across the screen or use the shift button on the first+last images in order to complete said actions a lot quicker by selecting--->uploading/adding images at the same time.

I dont understand the logic behind screenshots > videos. Screenshots are 100x easier to fake/edit than videos. It is also impossible to show someone using kill aura, anti knockback and crits with screenshots. Thank you.
