This was solved when you were on. He just switched to obsidian in his hand. I also got him to click the crate while I was looking in his inventory and nothing happened. I don't know why you are still going on about this.

 

I wasnt Reading chat, But meh ill take it down if you want, It just looked so legit and like 5 people told me about it so i was watching that Prodigy guy and I thought It was a real glitch.
