Any extra things you want to add: He was pvping for a while and hacking. I don't understand why the staff on there isn't strict at all. I had to waste gaps on this hacker because he wants to ruin the server.

No they don't. He is using ff right there. I've seen many people put 1 screenshot of hackers and they were banned. It's just the staff on factions that's horrible.
