What do y0u think of the situation? The FBI wants to override the iPhone's security so that they can infiltrate terrorist information that may be located within the phone. In order to do that, Apple needs to provide them a device/update for them to actually get in. Note: This update could fall into the wrong hands (hackers) and allow people to hack into any iPhone. So do you think that Apple should give in? http://techcrunch.com/2016/03/04/ap...st-the-fbi-is-the-one-it-cant-share-publicly/
Personally I don't think they should make something that can open that phone. Say it does get into the hands of bad people, it'd be chaotic, and Apple's reputation would die extremely quickly, considering everyone's Iphone's could easily be hacked. While it could find useful information, it's consequences would be major.
What I don't get is why doesn't apple just make a single device capable of decrypting iphones and only their CEO or other high ranking people in that company have access to it and they just take requests to decrypt iPhones if they are proven to be linked to a serious crime. I don't get what an average iPhone user has to bitch about anyways, We all know they aren't some double life secret agent and that the shit they keep stored isn't super valuable.
Yeah. Apple said that they designed the phone security so they even they couldn't break into one, unless they added a new update of course. Looks like the Supreme Court will handle this one.
The one thing apple has ever had going for them was encryption because we all know how shit every other aspect of their products are. It doesn't really matter to me if they decide not to but the families of victims would surely not like their decision to not aid in investigations
erm... the shop near my house, when i forgot the password for my ipad, they broke into it in a day ._. or is it something more complicated? Idk i suck sry
