Computer problems (Help would be appreciated)

Soooooooo......
My whole computer is blue screen, anyone have softwares or do i have to buy another one?
Things i tried:
1. knocking the com
2. I restarted 16 times(not even kidding, i sat on my chair for 2 hours waiting for it to restart)
3. Tried using "system repair"
Im using windows 7 btw (ik its old but it gives me 60-120 frames)

Restore to factory settings

 

You need a windows disk for that

 

Delete your current minecraft and download and log in.

Last time this happened to me, my hard drive got blown out. You may want to call or email a computer repair service

So its not a blue screen, the screen just has blue pigmentation?

Doesn't work then take your PC apart then put it back together and retry, I had to do that with my alienware laptop it took forever but I found out my video card was out of place. If that doesn't work and you have a older PC just look for a new one because it wouldn't really be worth fixing. Or just call a local PC repair man.
