I don't know what to say. I can't do it anymore. I can not continue to stay on this server. Recently, things have changed for me. I started to enjoy playing less and less. I was constantly abused, called a hacker, targeted, everything. It's too overwhelming. The only thing keeping me on this server was my YouTube, but now that is no longer enough. I made a mod application with the intention to make a difference, make a difference, be able to enjoy playing again, record quality YouTube videos without being insulted, or targeted. Sadly, earlier today, it was denied. I can't do it. I have to go, I can't carry on. I have no clue what will happen to my YouTube, ask SkyWars is my main series, which I will probably discontinue. will no longer be hosting the Squad UHC or anything Squad related. I will be deleting anything to do with Squad and I will not be checking this thread for replies, this is the last you will see of me. I just have some thanks for people

Gahhhhh, Ok this is where I dont even care if i get perm-banned i need to say this after reading that.

This has gone on long enough, half of these mods don't do their job well enough, they do it, but at this point it's not good enough. At the point where the server is pretty popular the mods should at least be at Yum44 standerd.
I don't know if this is why you quit dylan but i'm gonna go and say it anyways. These absolute pricks like couragecat, martin_norey, skythe1234, WR9898, etc are tearing this community appart. And All those nobodys saying "hacks", "bow spammer" "pay2win" are no different, they are treated like Nobody cares about them, and thats true nobody does care what they think but that doesn't mean mods can sit back and not take action. Several mods have made the point that squad is getting new players, but in reality we are loosing the only people who are keeping the server alive, Go ahead and argue with me, It doesn't matter if we get new players or not, our community will be corrupt. And go ahead and give me the bullshit about how more good players will come, yes they will but that doesn't mean they are going to stop this server becoming trash, because it's likely that more bad players will come than good. Factions mods constantly see ddos threats and think of them as another pathetic child. It doesn't matter if they actually are going to ddos or not, it doesn't matter if you have seen the same message 1000 times before, you still have to take action. Go ahead and judge me cause my mind is made up.

Look, we're losing players cus the community and various words being said. If that's the case then we should use common sense and make those words such as "ez" or "rekt" bannable or when /mute is fixed make it a 1 day mute

I remember the old mods were Jello, Dibleyy, Joshy, Yum, GGiinger, Ev, Kat, Fallen, Pigu and a couple of others... (Can't remember exactly)
Now I see that they have quit, and most of the mods that Yonda has picked have been great selections, but ^ is just stupid.

dylan you have to understand that a server's main problem is a rival server, hence the problem with the section you put about "and I'm working on bigger and better things ;-)" at that point i think any good server management would be like hmm and he wants to be a moderator, but why? what are his motives? i mean if you're working on bigger and better things then where is the commitment to Squadcraft.

you guys can call me all the names under the sun it makes no difference to me and as someone pointed after the denial yonda did have the last word on it so there's no argument's there, but i do stick by him on this, but i would love to see you try again in 2 months when you've proved that the bigger and better things were just a pipe dream and you are fully committed to Squadcraft not just to your youtube channel (you've been allowed to say the name several times in the last week even tho you say you don't advertise) or to your own server ( the "bigger" "better things ;-)" you stated perhaps) as i've said on reading your application, it's a great read and i'm sure you would make a great mod but i have doubts about your commitments and yonda feels the same way, hence the denial. I think also this thread you've started just proves that maybe you're not mature enough to take on a roll like this, i have a 6 year old that spits his dummy out when i say he can't have or do something and this is no different.

I was committed to making Squadcraft and YouTube work for me, I wanted the server I could enjoy back. The one I could get to play without being insulted, targeted, treated like dirt. If I knew I couldn't make a change, I wouldn't have applied, and I'd have left. But now since I know that I can not make a change, it can no longer work for me. This change wasn't for me though, it was for everyone on the server. Everyone watching and videos from anyone recording at any given time. I did not make this thread to spit out my dummy, I made this thread to explain my leaving, because if I hadn't of hade the applivation, I'd be gone anyway.

I have a couple of things to say here. I can see where you're coming from on the whole "SkyWars Community is falling apart", but 1 new mod won't change anything. There is not a single thing in the rules that can be enforced to prevent what people are saying to you that have made you decide to leave, so even if you were given mod, you'd be abusing your powers to make things 'right'. I also have to point out how contradictory of a statement, "You just missed out on the best moderator you could have gotten out of any of the applications you are getting. Well. Done." is. Mods must have a mature mindset & attitude; if not, they will let their emotions get the better of them, which is exactly what you've just shown. I feel as if your choice to leave has been decided more on the fact that you didn't get mod as opposed to the other things you pointed out. Anyways, I think you're an awesome dude & am sad to see you go. I'll do my best to get things back on track in SkyWars. Best of luck in the future & much love brother! Keep on trucking :3
