    Anything else: I'm pretty sure this is a hack I couldn't hit him or shoot him with arrows. He kept flying up and down and wouldn't stop.

    its not hacks, it can happends when you lag :3
    if you were actually hitting him with a snowball or something and he turns red, that is hacks, but if the snowball goes straight through him, its lag

    Eagles, this isn't hacks. Your render distance and fov (fov: probably at least at 90) aand your render distance is low mosst likely. Thats why. If isn't, you are just lagging hard
