    Anything else: I'm pretty sure this is a hack I couldn't hit him or shoot him with arrows. He kept flying up and down and wouldn't stop.

    this isnt hacks, it happends to me some times, its called the rollback glitch

    Hasnt this ever happend to you?

    the proof is a bit too weak for him to be punished, it has to be 100% proof not 50% by looking at it.
    but i guess try to get beta proof.
