Hey guys just wanted to tell you that this is my second mod app. IGN: Greyflick Real name: Grayson Age- I am 16. My forums profile says I'm 15 but i did not put my exact birthdate. I apologize if there was any confusion over this. Timezone: Central Timezone. (-5) Respectfulness 1-10- My respectfulness has improved a huge amount since my old moderator application. I used to have a lot of irrational fights with the moderators but that has been sorted out. I apologized to them in a thread in the General Chat section. Some of these people included jonny and DrPigu. Again, I am very sorry to all the people i have offended in any way in the past. Personally, now i would rate myself a strong 9. I feel that because I respect everyone and am a nice person. Sometimes, i can get a bit frustrated if someone starts annoying me for a long period of time but that happens quite rarely in my opinion. As maroon said, we're all humans. Obedience 1-10- In this category I would again rate myself a 9. There are many reasons for why I feel that way. Firstly, I am a very hard working student in school. I get straight A's and have done really well on my PSAT. Secondly, I listen to the mods no matter what. I might say something small but I will still do what they tell me to do. For example, if I keep repeating something on the chat and a mod tells me to stop doing that, i will obey them and stop doing what I was doing. I also know that being a mod requires obedience and i feel that I am a 9. Experience-I used to be a mod on 2 of my friends servers that both averaged 30-50 people a day but unfortunately they both got shut down due to lack of donations to the Owner. Other than this, i have no previous experience with being a moderator. Although, I do know the commands that a moderator has. Past Offenses- Well, in SkyWars I have never been jailed. Maybe once when JRaptor jailed me because i was arguing with someone but that was a long time ago. I learned from my mistakes. About a week ago, Patrick was in my game and I left the game when someone had hit me off the island. I did tell him that I left the game on the forums, and I told him that I am fine with being jailed. He jailed me for one hour and I did not complain. Other than this, there have not been any Previous Offenses. Reasons to be a moderator: I really do love skywars, and the community. Everyone is nice to me except maybe 2 or 3 people. I am good friends with a lot of people too. I help people in arguments they are being treated unfairly in, and I am a good friend. Also, I LOVE SKYARS. I have been on squad for quite a long time but I never talked to ANYBODY. I just played factions with my friends and had a lot of fun. I have been here for a long time and have been very loyal to this server. I have no plans to leave squad in the future and will stay as long as I can ^_^. I feel that I am very helpful to others. There have been several occasions in which there have been some people saying "Hi, I am new to this server. Could anyone teach me how to play this mode?" I have usually been there to help and have explained to them the instructions. Also the rules. I have mostly helped people in Factions but some in skywars. Now, to show that I am very active on squadcraft, I will tell you the people who I am good friends with. (what maroon did) -MCSmelter (rarely plays) -Nyteo -Jraptor77 -Evravon30 -Zombieslayer -Fruity17D and many more. Activeness: I am very active on both the forums and the game itself. I have seen several people start fights on the forums and have not listened unless a moderator has told them too. I think that I can stop this from happening and prevent fights. I am on the game itself for about 1-3 hours on weekdays and 2-4 hours on weekends. I check the forums every 30-60 mins and stay updated. Hackers: I have ZERO TOLERANCE for hackers. I have seen many, MANY, in skywars. I feel that it is not that hard to spot hackers in SkyWars but that is just my opinion. I also know that it is necessary too provide proof when you jail somebody and I will follow that rule. If somebody accuses me of jailing somebody for no reason, I would provide proof. Rule Breakers: I am patient with rule breakers unless they are breaking a rule on purpose. I will follow the Punishment chart provided by The Banana Army King- Joshy666- http://squadcraft.net/threads/punishment-chart-for-moderators.6761/ I also give people warnings if they are not aware of a rule. If somebody is spamming, I will warn them. If they continue to do it, I will kick them and so on. I have read Josh's Chart so i do know what to do in case something like this happens. Improvement: My main goal is to improve the server and attract more people. I know several people who have left the server because of hackers, spammers etc. I want to stop this from happening. I want people to have a good overall gameplay and enjoy the game they play while they can. I know that not many people can play all day. Some people just come on for about 30 minutes. I want them to enjoy that 30 minutes of gameplay and have a good time playing and socializing with the community. Abusing: I am one who doesn't abuse their powers with the moderator position. Its a position that you need to be very responsible with and should not abuse it. I feel that I would be very responsible and would handle the job perfectly. I am very mature in my opinion. Basically, I just want to improve the server and make people's gameplay more enjoyable. I want to prevent any rule breakers, and have a good time on the server. Any extra things you would like to add- I would like to tell people a bit about myself so they get to know me a bit better. I live in Dallas and play lots of soccer. I am the captain on my team. I am a very hard worker and try my best on everything no matter what. I am cool and swaggy. I love summer. I dislike the winters D: I have a labrador who is 20 months old and he makes my day. You do know you can just edit your comments to say that extra stuff? You dont need to triple post useless stuff like that.. And as for this app @greyflick I have a question for you Say Patrick_Harmon is hacking no kb and ka, but everytime you get into a game with him he toggles them to avoid getting caught, What would your solution to this be? And just saying it is alot harder to catch hackers as a mod than it is a normal player
I do have an alt but telling u the account would've stupid. I would go on my alt and get in a game with the hacker. He would most probably turn his hacks on again and then I would record the proof and so on.
I have raged at cfdt a couple of times. I went on his server and told him my grandfather died as u know. He replied with "good. He deserved it". Who the hell says that? He does hack and everyone knows it. Check cheeseQuacks's videos. He also put a title on my name saying "butthurt". No wonder nobody goes to his server but I really don't care so....
